Not Guilty Plea Planned In DUI Manslaughter Case

The accused is said to have ran into a motor scooter carrying two police officers while drunk. Toxicology reports say that she was driving over twice the legal limit. One officer was killed and the other was critically injured.

They plan to plead not guilty. The next court appearance is Wednesday.
