Teen Dies in Freak Accident
An ongoing investigation is underway after a teenager was struck by two different vehicles and killed in St. Petersburg Beach. The accident happened right around 12:45 a.m. Saturday morning according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies believe that Patrick McClean, seventeen years old, was struck by first one vehicle and was then struck immediately by another. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities believe alcohol was a factor as the drivers of both vehicles showed signs of intoxication.
