When you are on vacation at a theme or amusement park, you are there to have fun for the whole family. Amusement parks and midways are created with the full intention of providing fun and excitement for their guests. No one ever considers the possibility of an accident or injury at the park, or to and from it, until the worst actually happens.

Park owners and their contracted service providers such as bus companies and hotels have the obligation to insure the safety of the people who come to visit from the time that they enter the park to when they leave it at the end of their stay. Buses have their own set of safety considerations whether they are operated by a municipality or are contracted out by an amusement park facility such as Disney World and Epcot Center.
