Accidents can happen at any time, no matter how careful you are. Automobile accidents are usually caused by:
- driving at excessive speed
- aggressive driving
- reckless driving
- hazards in the road
- equipment failure
- distracted driving
- driving under the influence of alcohol and other substances
- failure to follow posted signage or obey the rules of the road
Even with these contributing factors, how a road is designed may also be considered in why an accident might have occurred. It is sometimes hard to sort out what actually was the root cause of an accident. We will use our own team of investigators to get to the bottom of your personal injury or accident case.
